Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bend, OR, for a Director at Bend FC. This Director will manage and oversee the club’s camp and futsal operations, including strategic planning, program execution, staff leadership, and community engagement. Responsibilities include developing and implementing policies, overseeing budgets and finances, establishing partnerships, and ensuring adherence to OYSA standards. The Director will work closely with coaches, staff, and the Executive Director to maintain and grow a thriving soccer program.
Qualifications
Leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading staff and volunteers
Strategic planning and organizational development skills
Financial and budget management experience
Knowledge of competitive soccer and youth sports programs
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, including parents, players, and community partners
Ability to foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture
Proficiency with technology and tools for communication, scheduling, and data management
Bachelor’s degree, Experience, USSF B, or a combo of
Experience in a similar leadership role within youth or competitive sports is an asset
