– We are looking for a customer-focused professional to join our Salem office, working onsite five days a week. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, delivering timely and effective support across a variety of service channels. Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web-based platforms Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience Use internal systems to track requests, document interactions, and provide status updates Troubleshoot problems and guide customers toward effective solutions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex inquiries Qualifications

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment Comfort navigating computer systems and learning new tools Problem-solving skills with attention to detail What We Offer
