Commercial Product Management Intern
US Air Division – located in Lewisville, TX or Fort Smith, AR.
Job Summary: Intern will work closely with our innovation team, quickly creating proof of concepts, testing them in market, and gathering customer focused research. The role requires entrepreneurial spirit, responsiveness, flexibility, and teamwork in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
Support innovation team in creating proof of concepts
Support innovation team with in‑market testing
Help create and conduct customer focused research
Support design thinking efforts across air division
Support open innovation initiatives
Qualifications
Student in an approved undergraduate program with a minimum GPA of 2.5 or a graduate of an accredited university/college.
Computer skills (PowerPoint and Microsoft Word/Excel).
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Good problem solving skills.
Ability to work well with others in a team‑oriented development environment.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Must be self‑motivated.
How to Stand Out
Project Management certification/experience.
