Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to expand company presence across commercial, residential, and HOA markets. This role focuses on building strong relationships, generating new opportunities, and increasing revenue through strategic outreach and partnerships. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-oriented, and experienced in the restoration, construction or related service industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property managers, residential clients, and HOA boards to drive new business opportunities

Identify, pursue, and secure restoration projects through networking, referrals, and direct outreach

Conduct presentations and educate clients on restoration services, emergency response capabilities, and value propositions

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery

Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics to meet or exceed revenue targets

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the restoration, construction, or property services industry

Strong understanding of commercial, residential, and HOA markets and decision-making structures

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively
