Overview

Position within the sector Planning & Delivery - Department Delivery Planning & Delivery (P&D) supports ASML's growth trajectory, resolving challenges caused by strong growth in volume and complexity in our systems. Within ASML, Planning & Delivery is an unbiased party, balancing demand and requests from customers against a realistic view of capability while facilitating compliant and cost-effective flows in collaboration with internal P&D interfaces, including all ASML factories worldwide. The Delivery team oversees inbound replenishment, order management and fulfillment, and returnable packaging supply chain logistics. This role of Operational Planner (packaging) sits in the Delivery team. Purpose of the Job The purpose of this role is to ensure that all returnable packaging goods within the ASML Wilton network are planned, designed, purchased and available at the right time and in the right place to support factory and service requirements, in a compliant, timely and cost-effective manner. It involves meeting stakeholders and suppliers needs and agreed SLA\'s, establishing pool size analytics to review pool size and demand from various business entities, evaluating pool performance vs expected cycle times, and making recommendations for changes or purchases. You will analyze and oversee the pool of returnable packaging for the Wilton Factory, joining a team of 4. Pool management extends globally from suppliers, through manufacturing to customer locations.

Responsibilities

Pool size analytics - development and adoption of analytical tools to evaluate and track move rate (demand) and cycle time performance Track actuals vs forecast vs commitments on budgeting tool Monthly tracking of budget reallocation of expected spend and reporting of variance/trend analysis Enter plan values - projection of total dollar amount needed based on RTM calculator Calculation of optimal pool size - resulting in business recommendations for changes to pool size Calculation of quantity to order against DGM/ISCP/TAP from business lines Conduct bi-annual and spot stock counts to ensure inventory validity - check of pool size Creation of motivation slides for monthly capex approval Demand creation / evaluation of factory and service planning Tracking the timing of the physical arrival of 12NC\'s in Excel - ensure PO was issued to supplier and communicate issues due to lead time; forecast-to-procure activities for packaging Warehouse ticket creation for missing GR FSAP transactions - STOs and MIGOS - GR and GI activities to support cross-department actions Ensuring proper packaging introduction at packaging supplier: cleaning grade, delivery address, ETA, etc. Pool management activities across suppliers, 3PL and other stakeholders Evaluation of repair parts inventories, with recommendations for stock strategies balancing capital vs backlog Ensuring MRP integrity: confirming, pushing/pulling orders and ensuring supplier order book validity, PO confirmation Able to lift 35 lbs. Education and experience

High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor\'s degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of planning experience. SAP, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word a plus. High level of competence in spreadsheet capabilities. Skills
