Global Marketing Intern

for McIlhenny Company, makers of TABASCO® Brand Products, then, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you’ll do things like:

Assist with day‑to‑day coordination of global marketing initiatives across Business Units (International, US Commerce, US Foodservice).

Support marketing campaign execution by tracking timelines, deliverables, approvals, and next steps across internal and external partners and agencies.

Help prepare internal updates, recaps, and summaries for general reporting and campaigns.

Support content review and influencer timelines across social, digital, and campaign assets.

Help maintain and organize assets within the Brand Portal (digital sharing platform), ensuring files are labeled, current, and easy to access.

Assist with creative reviews by tracking feedback and approvals across stakeholders.

Assist with influencer and partnership coordination, including tracking outreach, approvals, content deliverables, and timelines.

Support gifting and event initiatives by helping manage product requests and shipping details.

Help document learnings and outcomes from partnerships and activations.

Assist with paid media and digital marketing workflows by tracking requests, submissions, and approvals from international markets.

Support website and digital initiatives by helping maintain timelines and status updates.

Help compile performance summaries, share of voice reports, and campaign highlights for internal and external distribution.

Support budget and invoice tracking by organizing receipts.

Assist with presentation prep, meeting notes, and follow‑ups for internal and external meetings.

Complete other duties as assigned.

Must‑haves to apply:

Currently attending college and pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.

Be able to work 20–40 hours a week.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable juggling multiple projects with different teams.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

What will give you an edge:

Interest in brand marketing, content, culture, and consumer brands.

Prior internship or project‑based marketing experience.

Experience with social media, content, creation, or influencer marketing.

Pay:

$15.00/hour
