Job Overview
Join Team CARFAX as a Sales Consultant – CARFAX for Police. In this role you will present and sell the CARFAX Law Enforcement Solutions to Police and Sheriff's departments nationwide. The Inside Sales Consultant position offers a base salary with monthly commissions, contests, and incentives. You will work with an industry leader that rewards hard work and provides a chance to control your earning potential. This position requires an outgoing personality, a passion for engaging people, and a desire to turn effort into real‑time income.
Our four‑day work week continues in summer 2026. The role will require about 3 days per week in the Centreville office, though this may change with future business needs.
What You'll Be Doing
Engage in high‑volume phone calls each day to existing customers.
Manage your dedicated territory as your own business to generate the income you want.
Help potential customers understand the benefits of CARFAX.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly performance metrics and individual/team goals.
Diagnose customer problems and provide technical solutions.
Be part of a collaborative team that supports and motivates each other.
What We're Looking For
1+ years of prior B2B sales experience.
Grit, fearlessness, self‑motivation, and a love for closing deals.
Thrives in a challenging environment with a “hunter” mentality.
Ability to articulate value proposition and address concerns.
Ability to connect with decision makers and influence others.
Willingness and ability to travel on a quarterly basis.
