Own and grow a high-demand niche with huge expansion potential

Sell to racetracks, clubs, teams, driving schools, and experience operators nationwide

Get hands‑on with demo hardware and live customer environments

Work directly with marketing to drive demand, not wait for it

If you like closing deals, being on‑site, and building something bigger — this is it.

What you’ll do

Run the full sales cycle — prospect → demo → pilot → close → repeat

Turn live demos and pilot programs into long‑term customers

Build relationships with tracks, clubs, teams, and commercial operators

Train customers and partners to ensure successful adoption and upsell

Support and grow a national reseller/distribution network

Work closely with marketing on events, outreach, and campaigns

Travel across the U.S. for demos, events, and key accounts

What success looks like (Year 1)

Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets

Convert pilots into repeat, scalable revenue streams

Establish 5+ strong reseller/distribution partners

Build a healthy, visible pipeline with consistent forecasting

Become a go-to expert in the U.S. motorsport tech space

Who you are

5+ years in full‑cycle sales (motorsport or adjacent preferred)

A true hunter — you create opportunities, not wait for them

Confident running live demos and technical conversations

Strong communicator, organised, and comfortable owning your pipeline

Willing to travel and be face‑to‑face with customers regularly

Experience with racetracks, clubs, or performance driving

is a big advantage
