Overview A nationally recognized product innovation and engineering company is hiring for a Senior Director of Embedded Engineering. This role sits at a leadership level and is responsible for setting technical vision and scaling high-performing embedded engineering teams across complex, regulated domains. This leader will oversee multiple engineering teams focused on embedded systems and serve as a trusted advisor to clients on high-impact, mission-critical programs. The environment is highly collaborative, customer focused, and driven by innovation across medical devices, consumer, and commercial products. This role is hybrid, and fulltime position.

Oversee multiple embedded systems engineering teams

Act as a trusted advisor to clients on high-impact, mission-critical programs

Collaborate in a highly collaborative, customer-focused environment across medical devices, consumer, and commercial products

Qualifications

12+ years of experience

Senior level management experience across embedded and software teams

Background in software development

Embedded systems leadership

Experience delivering products in regulated industries

Previous leadership in engineering organizations

Customer facing/communication skills
