The Role
You will own and grow a portfolio of client accounts, becoming the trusted advisor clients turn to first. This means leading end-to-end project delivery while keeping timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication running cleanly. You will identify and convert organic growth opportunities within existing accounts - the kind of work that comes from understanding what clients need before they ask for it. Your day-to-day involves acting as the connector between client ambitions and studio output, briefing in teams and maintaining quality throughout. You will also contribute to evolving client services processes and team onboarding as the studio grows. The global structure is genuine - you will work alongside colleagues across five international studios on projects that regularly cross continents. The Package

A Senior Account Manager currently at a mid-sized creative, brand experience, or retail design agency. Probably 5 - 8 years in, we want you to demonstrate where and how you’ve grown accounts in a strategic manner, with growing commercial responsibility. You are good at your job, but feel like you are doing the same type of work for the same type of clients on repeat. Retail experience helps, but curiosity about that space matters more than a CV that already lives in it. A more diverse team is a more creative team.
