Qualifications
1-2 years of sales or customer service experience.
Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi a plus.

Greet and tour prospective residents and showcase available units.
Answer lease-related questions and assist with applications.
Prepare units for move-in and ensure all documentation is complete.
Maintain knowledge of rental rates, availability, and local amenities.
Support resident retention through timely communication and service.
