Role Description The Leasing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Waco, TX. Day-to-day responsibilities include property tours, executing lease agreements, maintaining lease administration, providing outstanding customer service to residents, resolving inquiries, and supporting resident retention strategies. Serve as the company's dedicated leasing expert, autonomously managing the full lifecycle of all residential leases. This role requires adaptability, strong organizational, analytical, and social skills.

Projected Total Annual Compensation Value:
$44,000 - $54,000
Base Pay: $16/hr (negotiable based on experience)
Incremental Pay: $75-$150 per new lease signed (75-130 per year)
