Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant role based in Charleston, SC. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for marketing and leasing residential properties, providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, conducting property tours, and assisting in lease administration. You will also actively engage in community outreach, support property management with leasing reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The successful candidate will professionally represent Asset Living and help establish a welcoming and vibrant living community.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Sales and leasing experience, with the ability to meet and exceed leasing goals

Proficiency in administrative tasks, including preparing leasing documents and maintaining accurate records

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic understanding of property management software or willingness to learn relevant systems

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Previous property management or real estate experience is a plus

Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule

High school diploma required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
