Job Responsibilities The HR Specialist supports the day-to-day administrative functions of Human Resources. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting onboarding, and routine employee communication, handbook updates, and misc office duties.
This role also helps ensure that HR processes are organized, timely and compliant.
Qualifications
1-3 years Employee Relations experience
1-3 years Talent Acquisition experience
Experience with Excel and other components of Microsoft Office Suite preferred
SHRM, HRCI, or aPHR certifications preferred
Schedule This role is part time 20 hours a week, more if needed. Days can be flexible and schedule discussed.
