Role Description CSRE Group is seeking a dedicated Property Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in New Haven, CT. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of multi-family residential properties, ensuring smooth management and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities include property maintenance coordination, tenant communication, rent collection, lease administration, staff supervision, and compliance with property regulations. The Property Manager will also assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and implementing strategies to enhance property performance and value.
Qualifications
Property Operations: Strong knowledge of property management principles, including maintenance coordination and lease administration.
Tenant Relations: Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills to build and maintain positive tenant relationships.
Financial Management: Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection processes.
Leadership and Team Coordination: Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team of staff members and contractors effectively.
Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with property regulations, housing laws, and tenant rights.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in Property Management Software: Experience with property management or accounting software is preferred.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Certification in property management is a plus.
Customer Service Orientation: Commitment to providing high-quality service and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
