
Logistics Representative

CTG is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Representative to support daily transportation planning, shipment execution, and inventory coordination. This role is ideal for candidates with logistics or plant operations experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working with SAP and multiple data systems.

Pay Rate:
$26.00/hour
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily logistics operations including transportation scheduling and inventory management
Process truck and rail shipments, including documentation and Post Goods Issue (PGI) in SAP
Collaborate with plant personnel, carriers, and rail providers to ensure timely and accurate shipments
Monitor and update shipment data across systems (SAP, Scale Soft, Lab Manager, SHIPCSX)
Ensure compliance with shipping requirements across distribution and laboratory functions
Recommend logistics adjustments to meet customer needs
Provide backup support for transportation coordination as needed
Required Skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP
5+ years of logistics, transportation, or plant-related experience
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Education Requirement
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
