We’re looking for a sharp, experienced Buyer’s Agent who knows how to win deals and take care of clients at a high level. If you’re someone who negotiates with intention, communicates clearly, and doesn’t let details slip – you’ll fit here.
This is not a training role. We need someone who can step in, execute, and elevate the client experience immediately.
What You’ll Do
Guide qualified buyers through the full homebuying process – from first showing to closing
Negotiate strategically to protect your clients and maximize outcomes
Stay on top of market trends, inventory, and pricing strategy
Deliver consistent, high-level communication and client education
Work alongside our transaction and operations team for seamless execution
Follow up with precision – turning clients into long‑term relationships and referrals
What You Bring
Active Texas Real Estate License
Minimum 2 years of experience representing buyers in Texas
Proven track record of closing deals (especially in competitive markets)
Strong negotiation skills – you don’t leave money or terms on the table
Professional presence and strong communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and timelines
Comfortable using CRM systems, MLS, and transaction platforms
Bilingual (preferred, not required)
