Assistant Maintenance Director/ Supervisor role includes

Building maintenance program and repair coordination

General daily required repairs (doors, lights, paint patching, etc.)

HVAC / Plumbing / Security / Fire / Electrical / Elevator systems

Generator compliance and scheduling of routine maintenance

NFPA and facility life safety, coordinating required service visits monthly / quarterly / annually, etc.

Key Qualifications

Healthcare building operations experience (preferred)

General plumbing/electrical skills

Basic carpentry skills

General knowledge in utilizing tools

Knowledge of NFPA & Life Safety codes
