The Production Assistant operates automated and non-automated bindery equipment for digital printing support services to satisfy the needs of internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include operating bindery equipment, managing large format printing/finishing operations, materials handling and shipping, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective production and workflow management, and maintaining quality control procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience.

Ability to work effectively as a team member in a professional work environment.

Sound judgment and the ability to plan, prioritize, and implement detailed instructions in a timely manner.

Active listening and effective communication skills to analyze customer and employee needs.

Ability to learn new information and processes within company guidelines.

Strong multitasking and time management skills.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule The salary range for this role is $17.13/hour to $25.32/hour. All state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
