SVP, Director of Project Management (Financial Services) — Bethesda, MD (Hybrid - 2 days in office required) — $170K - $200K base + bonus + strong benefits. We are partnering with a growing, well-capitalized financial institution to identify a
SVP, Director of Project Management . This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving critical initiatives across the organization. This position will play a key role in executing strategic priorities and improving operational efficiency across multiple business lines. Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute cross-functional projects across the financial institution Partner closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives Drive timelines, accountability, and successful delivery of key projects Improve and standardize project management processes Act as a hands-on leader — not just oversight, but execution Requirements
Project Management experience within a bank (REQUIRED) Experience at a
small to mid-sized bank strongly preferred Proven ability to lead and execute projects internally Must be a
hands-on, execution-focused PM (not purely consultative) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Local to the DMV area and able to work in-office 2x/week Why This Role
