Overview
The Fitness PT Sales Admin is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience personally and through the coaching staff. They deliver great member service along with Private Training and supplement revenue, address member concerns, and oversee scheduling and time-keeping activities. They communicate and enforce Company and Club policies and procedures. This position requires seven-day availability including mornings and evenings.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with members
Sell training sessions and execute an effective prospecting strategy; conduct guest tours; manage sales through turnover when needed
Service Intro PT packages, build value, and re-sign clients on full programs; hand off to coaching staff
Prospect for new members in person and digitally to generate complimentary appointments and sell personal training programs
Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout programs; arrive on time and prepared
Support revenue-generating activities, including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, seminars, and workshops
Achieve monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements
Review daily club sales performance and individual performance statistics with the Fitness Manager and staff to identify issues and coach behavior
Administer company policies as they relate to the sales process
Independently schedule and manage client appointments to optimize time management and service delivery
Coordinate with clients to arrange sessions or visits according to availability; maintain up-to-date scheduling records
Manage personal client scheduling and calendar coordination; oversee full scheduling lifecycle for individual appointments
Collaborate with the Fitness Manager to ensure coaches are productive and club goals are met
Conduct tours of the club, explain coaching services, sign members up for training, and mediate member issues timely
Perform general administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas; alert Operations staff to repairs and maintenance needs
Supervise coach sales activities and ensure compliance with club procedures
Organization Relationships The Fitness PT Sales Admin reports to the Fitness Manager and/or General Manager and communicates policies to the Coaching Team. Duties require interaction with all club members and employees.
Required Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design, and sales
Ability to operate and adjust all fitness equipment
Knowledge of company policies, practices and safety procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
Strong customer service focus; responds professionally to requests from guests, members, and staff
Ability to follow oral and written instructions and to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
Computer proficiency with basic skills in Word and Excel
Adhere to meal and rest break periods; clock in and out for all shift times
Minimum of one certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym
Current CPR/AED certification
High school diploma or GED; four-year degree in a related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of related experience; experience in management/employee relations preferred
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 45+ lbs, and perform related duties
