Position Summary The Customer Service Representative supports clients throughout the travel planning process by assisting with inquiries, reservations support, and general customer service needs.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Assist clients with travel-related questions and reservation support
Provide accurate information regarding itineraries, policies, and services
Maintain organized customer records within company systems
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Collaborate with team members and travel partners as needed
Deliver a positive customer experience from inquiry through completion
Required Qualifications
Customer service or client support experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using online systems and communication tools
Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
Ability to work independently while remaining team-oriented
