Job Overview: We are currently seeking an Entry Level Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data into various computer systems and databases
Verify accuracy and completeness of data
Maintain and update records as needed
Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy
Identify and resolve any data discrepancies
Follow company guidelines and procedures for data entry
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Prior experience in data entry or administrative work is a plus, but not required
