
Complaint Specialist

Position Summary
The Complaint Specialist will support to the Office of the VP for LHD – Reasonable Accommodation Unit.
Key Responsibilities
Assign reasonable accommodation requests to the appropriate business units.
Review and evaluate reasonable accommodation requests escalated by the LHD business units and Law Department.
Track and monitor reasonable accommodation requests to ensure requests are processed appropriately and timely.
Coordinate with the LHD business units, applicants, voucher holders, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information; provide and receive status updates; and ensure proper implementation.
Prepare and submit weekly reports to the LHD business units on assigned cases.
Process impartial hearing decisions; including dispositioning of service requests.
Perform data entry, filing, preparing correspondence for signature and mailing.
Review and research Siebel for requested information for Foil Request.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other database systems.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Exceptional customer service skills, professionalism, and proper email etiquette.
Excellent detail-orientation and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and demands; analyze situations, identify problems, and offer solutions.
