WORKING AT REPAIRHUB We provide our employees with stability, work‑life balance, progression opportunities, events and appreciation, insurance discounts, wellbeing programmes and paid parental leave.

Stability : We’re in this for the long game, and we like to offer our people the same stability and job security.

Work life balance : Repairhub has the "3 o’clock knock off", where all technicians finish at 3pm EVERY DAY, with no change to our employee pay or benefits! This reduces technician working hours to 40 hours per week.

Wellbeing : We provide our employees with an additional day of annual leave for wellness. We also extend our Employee Assistance Program that provides access to free, confidential and professional counselling (plus financial, legal and nutritional coaching) for our team and their immediate families.

Paid Parental Leave : We pay 14 weeks primary and 3 weeks secondary parental leave to support new parents.
