Job Description
As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your career begins with obtaining the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses. You will then receive dedicated training to acquire, build, and manage client relationships while providing comprehensive, client‑centered financial advice. Your responsibilities include reviewing client financial situations, recommending solutions, delivering client presentations, and collaborating with core banking and investment partners to meet clients’ needs.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and maintain good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination.

Required Qualifications
Aptitude in obtaining industry licenses.

Results‑driven mindset with a client‑centric focus in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adaptability to new technologies or applications.
Desired Qualifications
Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
Spanish speaking.
