Overview
Trenam Law is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to primarily work out of our St. Petersburg office. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and experience supporting complex real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
Drafting and reviewing documents for attorney finalization
Conducting record searches and managing e-filings and recordings
Performing UCC searches and ordering title searches
Reviewing title commitments and surveys
Maintaining critical date schedules
Assisting with the purchase and sale of commercial properties
Providing support to the leasing and affordable housing practices
Qualifications
Proven experience as a real estate paralegal, preferably in commercial transactions
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor with confidence interacting with clients and attorneys
Team-oriented with a proactive, service-driven mindset
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
Ability to learn and effectively utilize both new and traditional software
Certification or Florida Registered Paralegal designation preferred
