Our client is looking for high-energy communicators to join our

Dance Program

support team!

Schedule:

6:00 AM – 3:00 PM MST, Monday–Friday

All agents on the project receive two paid 15‑minute breaks and one unpaid 1‑hour lunch.

What you will do:

You will speak to customers on inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats.

Customer inquiries are usually about accounts and their membership needs.

You will also work on retaining customers who with to cancel their membership, and answer order inquiries in a timely manner.

Skills Required:

Strong soft skills and a positive, upbeat attitude - this is a dance program account

Ability to handle back-to-back contacts in a fast‑paced environment

Previous sales or retention experience is considered a plus

Equipment Requirements:

Your RAM and computer must be able to work well with a virtual desktop.

Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
