Job Description
Hello! We are looking for a smart, proactive, personable guest experience associate for our busy facial bars in Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Manhattan West, Flatiron, and Bryant Park locations in New York.
About the Role At Silver Mirror, our Front Desk team is at the center of the guest experience—and a key driver of our business.
This is not a traditional front desk or receptionist role. This is a sales-driven, guest-facing position where you will:
Drive membership sales and retail
Create a high-energy, elevated guest experience
Build long-term client relationships and repeat visits
If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by goals and incentives, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
Engage with every guest and confidently recommend memberships, packages, and products
Drive rebooking and repeat visits
Manage bookings, check-ins, and guest flow
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
Support daily operations and team needs
Who You Are
Sales-oriented and confident in recommending services and products
Outgoing and personable with strong communication skills
Proactive and fast-paced—you take initiative
Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure
Interested in skincare (no prior expertise required)
Requirements
Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or service-based roles preferred
Comfortable working toward sales and membership goals
Experience with booking systems (e.g., Boulevard, Mindbody) is a plus
Professional and polished presence
Schedule Requirements We are hiring both full-time and part-time team members.
All candidates must:
Have flexible availability (morning, evening shifts)
Be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
If you are not available on weekends, please do not apply.
