Job Description Our Sales team supports customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems to meet the goals of patients in their communities.

Territory and Travel

Field-based sales position covering the Boise, Idaho – Spokane, Washington territory.

Candidate must reside within the territory.

Overnight travel may be required about 25% of the time.

Travel percentage varies based on candidate’s location within the geography.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of how to create a compelling and logical rationale for the value of products and how to contrast, compare, and position our company brand(s) versus competition using appropriate resources in informed discussions with HCP customers.

Act as primary point of contact for customers. Meet with key customers/personnel to understand practice structure, business model, and key influencers.

Possess knowledge of cancer staging and treatment options, dosing schedules, and the impact of clinical trials across tumor types and therapies.

Analyze and identify trends in a complex buying environment, including channels of drug distribution, GPOs, wholesalers, and specialty pharmacies.

Understand complex account interdependencies to develop short- and long-term account plans with a wide array of stakeholders, collaborating with the Customer Team Leader and account team.

Influence beyond specific geography by asking strategic, insightful questions to obtain information on customer needs, using insights to position our oncology brands.

Collaborate and communicate effectively with extended customer teams to ensure a consistent experience across divisions and functional areas.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of sales experience OR high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience.

Equivalent experience includes professional sales, healthcare/scientific field work (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices), professional marketing, or military experience.

2+ years of oncology field sales experience.

Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a motor vehicle.

Travel the amount of time the role requires.

Reside within the assigned territory.

Preferred Experience & Skills

Documented history of strong performance in a sales, marketing, or oncology clinical role.

Experience with account management, account planning, and market analysis in biopharmaceuticals.

Strong interpersonal relationships and customer-focused mindset.

Salary & Benefits Salary range: $156,900.00 – $247,000.00. The range reflects factors such as education, qualifications, experience, geographic location, and business needs. Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, other health insurance, retirement benefits (401(k) match), paid holidays, vacation, and compassionate and sick days.

Work Model U.S. Hybrid work model: Employees in office-based positions will work a hybrid schedule of three total days on-site per week, Monday‑Thursday, with Friday designated as a remote date unless business-critical tasks require on‑site presence. Field‑based positions are not subject to this model.

Travel Requirements 25% of travel required, primarily overnight in the territory.
