
Deal Structuring Analyst

About Team & About Role
Rubrik is looking for a curious and self‑motivated Deal Analyst for the Deal Structuring and Approvals team to support our sales organization. This role will work closely with sales and sales leaders and the right candidate will be passionate about supporting sales, existing customers and potential new customers driving faster closures and to help streamline the deal cycle. This role will require understanding complex problems while providing explanations to solutions. This person will act as an escalation point on deal exceptions, more difficult structuring issues and global deal desk matters.
Experience You'll Need
2-4 Years Experience
in Deal Management.
Ability to manage and process a high volume of inbound quotes, as well as standard to moderately complex term requests.
Establish collaborative, trusting relationships with team members and cross‑functional teams to support efficient deal processing and execution.
Ability to understand different stakeholder interests and assist in finding workable solutions to standard objections.
Support forward deal momentum by helping to identify, troubleshoot, and elevate issues impacting deal velocity.
Detail‑oriented mindset with a willingness to identify and suggest continuous process improvements for the Deal Desk.
Solid analytical thinking to evaluate commercial outcomes and support the best results for both Rubrik and the customer.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or similar fields, or equivalent relevant experience.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to CPQ tools is a strong plus.
Solid critical thinking skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders on problem‑solving.
Basic understanding of commercial contracts and revenue accounting principles.
A good sense of humor.
Salary & Benefits The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, Seattle) Pay Range: $95,900—$143,900 USD
US2 (all other U.S. offices/remote) Pay Range: $86,300—$129,500 USD
