About the Team Our Product Marketing team’s mission is to generate customer insights that inform Stripe’s product strategy and lead go-to-market for our suite of products. Product Marketing is a highly cross‑functional role that partners closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation, and Campaigns. It works across the entire product lifecycle.

What you’ll do As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own product-level messaging and positioning, lead and support product launches, create differentiated content for events and presentations, and enable sales. Reporting to the Money Management PMM Lead, you’ll partner with product, strategy & ops, and GTM teams to drive awareness and adoption of various products.

Responsibilities

Build the go‑to‑market strategy for the self‑serve product suite for startups.

Define positioning, messaging, and overarching narrative for Money Management direct products (Stripe Treasury + Cards + Capital + Atlas) serving startups and SMBs.

Support product launches by defining audience segments, crafting launch narratives, coordinating cross‑functional readiness, and executing launch activities.

Lead product announcements at major events like Sessions and Global Tours.

Partner with Product, Growth Marketing, and Analytics teams to create impactful growth and marketing campaigns that drive awareness and adoption.

Enable user‑facing teams at Stripe (Sales and User Operations) to understand the value of our products and competitive solutions.

Minimum Requirements

8+ years of product marketing, growth marketing, or go‑to‑market experience.

Proven track record launching and scaling product‑led growth motions (onboarding flows, in‑product upsells, lifecycle email programs).

Strong product instincts and strategic storytelling ability.

Comfortable operating with a startup mindset, bias for action, and ability to iterate quickly.

Leverage data to proactively identify opportunities and drive impactful results.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience with financial products, fintech, or money management platforms.

Real‑world founder or startup network and empathy: experience as a founder, business owner, or working closely with inception‑stage founders.

Experience adapting go‑to‑market strategies for international markets.

Hybrid work at Stripe This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office). Remote hires are expected to regularly work from home. Stripe does not cover relocation costs.

Pay & Benefits The annual U.S. base salary range for this role is $143,300 - $217,600. Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
