Job Summary Your Home Improvement Company is seeking an
outgoing Field Marketer / Event Marketer
to represent our brand at local events, fairs, festivals, and home shows. In this role, you will interact with homeowners, promote our
home improvement and remodeling services , and schedule free consultations for interested customers.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy
customer interaction, event marketing, brand promotion, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company at community events, fairs, festivals, and home shows
Engage with homeowners and promote our home improvement services
Generate qualified leads and schedule consultations
Maintain a professional and energetic presence at promotional booths
Assist with booth setup and teardown
Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales team
Compensation & Benefits
$17–$20 per hour
Performance bonuses

Requirements
Reliable transportation
Weekend availability
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable speaking with new people in public settings
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs for booth setup

Retail or hospitality

Training is provided for the right candidate.
