This is a high-level strategic role for a veteran of the industry. As a member of the project’s Directors group, you will not just manage tasks; you will shape the very architecture of how we build the future of the Cyberpunk franchise. Reporting directly to the Executive Producer, you will drive project-wide clarity, manage high-stakes risks, and ensure that our development remains predictable, scalable, and aligned with our world-class creative standards.

Job Description: Strategic Leadership & Operational Excellence As the

Production Director , you are the operational engine of the project. Your role sits at the intersection of creative vision and execution. You will guide the production department, providing mentorship to Producers and ensuring that the team structure supports the immense scale of a AAA sequel.

In this role, you are a leader of leaders. You will be responsible for building a culture of kindness, empathy, and respect, while simultaneously challenging the status quo to set higher standards for pipelines, milestones, and deliverables. Whether it is managing co‑development partnerships or overseeing project‑wide risk mitigation, your influence will be felt across every department of the studio.

Strategic Leadership:

Work alongside the Directors group to shape project‑wide strategy, influencing decisions that go beyond traditional production boundaries.

Production Management:

Oversee the team of Producers directly, offering senior‑level mentorship and fostering a high‑performance culture across the entire production staff.

Team Architecture:

Design and build team structures that enable rapid scalability and deep cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring long‑term project stability.

Risk & Mitigation:

Proactively anticipate project‑wide risks, implement robust mitigation strategies, and serve as the final line of defense for critical bottlenecks.

Process Mastery:

Oversee the management of the project backlog, Jira methodologies, internal workflows, and production best practices.

Executive Support:

Act as a representative of production leadership in high‑level reviews and external representations, supporting the Executive Producer in project routines.

Financial & Resource Planning:

Consult on project headcount and budgets, identifying resource needs to ensure the team has the talent required to succeed.

Standard Setting:

Audit and refine standards for pipelines and milestones to ensure development remains predictable and high‑quality.

Co‑Development Oversight:

Help manage external partnerships and budgets, ensuring that cross‑team dependencies are seamless and productive.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the unique challenges inherent in AAA, narrative‑driven RPG development.

Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Lead Producer or Production Director in game development.

AAA Track Record:

A proven history of leading large‑scale, successful AAA projects from inception through launch.

Leadership Prowess:

Demonstrated experience in leading cross‑functional teams within an Agile environment, with a focus on growing and maintaining productive teams.

Technical Intuition:

A deep understanding of the technical pipelines in modern game development and a track record of instilling efficient workflows.

Tool Proficiency:

Mastery of

as the backbone of production tracking.

Interpersonal Skills:

Base Salary Range:

$198,600 – $297,800 USD annually.
