Leasing Consultant – Landing at College Square Apartments
MG Properties offers over 30 years of experience in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management of apartment communities across the Western United States. We are seeking a Dual‑Site Leasing Consultant for Landing at College Square Apartments and Bella Vista Apartments in the Sacramento Region. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, while utilizing professional sales and marketing techniques, and solid customer service skills to maintain high occupancy at the apartment property.
Responsibilities
Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner.
Qualify applicants for apartments thoroughly and promptly.
Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move‑ins for new residents.
Maintain thorough and up‑to‑date rental files; accurately enter rental data into the computer.
Prepare leases and oversee the signing of leases by new residents.
Assist in completing monthly administrative tasks and ensure the property’s paperwork is organized and complete.
Interact with residents in a professional manner to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely payment of rents.
Qualifications
Preferred: 1 year of property management experience.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Consent to the possibility of audio recordings during performance of duties.
Desire to work in a team setting with a company that promotes internal advancement.
Compensation and Benefits
$22–$24 per hour, DOE.
Monthly and quarterly bonuses.
Accrues 10 days paid time off per year.
10 paid holidays and 2 paid personal days per year.
40 hours of paid sick time.
