About the Role As an Assistant Designer, you will support Design leaders in creating an assortment that aligns with brand positioning and target customers.

What You’ll Do

Build, create and maintain tech packs, trim sheets and design packages

Ensure accurate data entry into Product Lifecycle Management

Assist in meeting preparation and breakdown, including room setup, samples, reports and creating boards and line sheets

Gather and analyze market and trend research

Ensure understanding of the supported brand, foster innovation and remain updated on the competition

Complete pre-packages as a part of the research and development process

Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have Required

Familiarity and moderate proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Ned Graphics, Kaledo or related program

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field

Previous retail experience

Previous experience in design or product accessory business and the competitive landscape

Domestic travel may be required
