Commercial Roofing Laborer

Skinner Roofing has been providing low slope roofing, sheet metal, and waterproofing solutions in the upper Midwest for 50 years. We believe in investing in our employees as well as rewarding hard work and dedication. Skinner Roofing is locally owned and operated serving the upper Midwest with offices in Fargo and Grand Forks. We are currently looking for entry level and experienced laborers/roofers for commercial flat roofs in our Fargo and Grandforks locations with year-round work available. These are full‑time positions with potential for over‑time. Wage is dependent on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, etc. Requirements

Repairing and maintaining roofing systems. Removing and installing new roofing systems. Assisting foreman as needed. Ability to perform tasks daily with strong attention to detail. Perform work in accordance with company safety standards. Providing professional interaction with customers and the public. Must work well with others. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly with repeated bending, climbing, kneeling and must not be afraid of heights. Commercial roofing experience helpful but not required. CDL and valid driver’s license a plus but not required.
