We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial HVAC / Sheet Metal Foreman to join our team and lead jobs. In this role, you will be responsible for reading plans, managing a crew against man hour budgets, and installing sheet metal components with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will ensure that all projects meet high-quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a HVAC/ Sheet Metal Foreman with at least 3 years of experience running crews and managing subcontractors. This role involves hands-on work and team leadership across full-scope mechanical installations. Oversee day-to-day operations on commercial/industrial job sites Lead and mentor crew Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers Read and interpret blueprints and specifications Perform and oversee all phases of installation—from rough-in to setting units and finish Ensure work meets local codes and safety standards Manage weekly lookaheads Coordinate next week\'s schedule with GCs, ensure alignment on manpower and timing requirements Order materials ahead of installation Risk Management Communication skills Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of crew leadership experience in commercial/industrial HVAC Experience working with and managing subcontractors Proven ability to lead teams from rough-in to final install Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specs Valid driver\'s license with an insurable driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Physically able to work in all weather conditions and on active construction sites Strong understanding of OSHA standards and jobsite safety protocols Additional Information
Work Schedule & Expectations
40 hours per week (Monday–Friday) Commercial job sites throughout the Salt Lake City and surrounding areas Must be reliable, punctual, and professional What We Offer
