We're looking for a strategic, knowledgeable Leasing Agent Strategist to join our CoolVacay department! Work schedule is salaried, full-time with remote opportunity. Position Summary Lemonjuice Capital Solutions invests in fractionally owned real estate and upgrades the property to the highest and best use for today’s environment. We reimagine the ownership, governance, and operations of the properties. The Leasing Agent Strategist is a remote, nationwide role responsible for setting up leases at properties across the country and launching innovative, long‑term rental programs. This position requires expertise in property leasing, market analysis, program development, marketing, and virtual client management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in residential leasing and program implementation.

Key Duties & Accountabilities

Develop and execute leasing strategies for multiple properties nationwide, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.

Design, launch, and refine long‑term rental programs tailored to specific markets and property types.

Build relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants, providing expert guidance on leasing best practices and program enhancements.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing residential leasing and rental programs.

Utilize digital tools and platforms to manage leads, communicate with stakeholders, and track leasing performance.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning for each property.

Coordinate all aspects of lease setup remotely, including the support of drafting lease agreements, managing documentation, and facilitating virtual property tours.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business, or related field preferred.

Demonstrated success launching rental programs and managing leases remotely.

Proficiency with property management software, virtual tour platforms, and CRM tools.

Self‑motivated, detail‐oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Minimum 5‑7 years’ experience in leasing, property management, or real estate consulting.
