Compensation: $3,400 monthly guaranteed (paid as a draw) + competitive commission structure and performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full automotive sales process from initial customer interaction through vehicle delivery.
Provide a professional, consultative sales experience, understanding customer needs and guiding decisions.
Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic in a timely and consistent manner.
Maintain and track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions within CRM systems.
Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
Work toward and achieve sales goals and performance expectations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or customer‑facing roles preferred.
Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, or other high‑interaction environments are a strong fit.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
