Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist who is interested in working for a great organization. This is initially a contract role with opportunities to go full time.

$22-25/hour Job Duties
Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data across internal systems and databases Review and validate data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency; resolve discrepancies as needed Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas) to organize, analyze, and report on data Generate regular and ad hoc reports to support business operations and decision‑making Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to collect, verify, and update critical information Track and manage vendor records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant with company standards Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance data accuracy and workflow efficiency Assist with audits by preparing and validating required data and documentation Requirements
