Core Responsibilities
Utilize financial expertise to assist customers with banking solutions
eeds.
Identify opportunities to educate customers on bank products and services.
Build and nurture customer relationships, actively listening to needs.
Make product recommendations based on customer needs and highlight benefits.
Use customer relationship management tools to proactively assess and identify solutions.
Resolve customer issues independently, escalating when necessary.
Maintain active registration with NMLS and comply with OCC regulations.
Qualifications
HS diploma or GED.
1+ years of customer service or sales experience (volunteer, education, military preferred).
Experience with teller duties preferred; ability to complete teller training upon hire.
Strong communication skills.
Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and within deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements
Performing sedentary work – continuous.
Operating standard office equipment – continuous.
Reading, writing, and comprehending instructions – continuous.
