This role is responsible for accurately processing loan documentation, identifying missing or incomplete underwriting materials, and ensuring all packages are prepared for borrower signatures. Responsibilities

Review loan
ote packages and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy

Coordinate with loan staff to obtain necessary documents for compliant loan origination

Input approved loan data into the loan platform and generate documentation

Forward loan packages to Loan Review and Loan Officer/Assistant for borrower signatures

Assist with documentation for paid-out loans and post-book reviews of non-real estate loans

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

2–4 years of experience in loan processing, servicing, or as a loan assistant

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy and confidentiality

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications

Demonstrated skill in accuracy and attention to detail

Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Additional Requirements

Must work in person/office

Ability to travel between all locations to accommodate staffing needs as required, including temporary or permanent assignments

Work Hours

Full-time, 40 hours/week

Standard hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
