Description The Housing Company, a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to providing affordable housing solutions, is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Resident Manager at the Lake Country Apartments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about making a positive impact in the community while managing day-to-day operations of an apartment community. The position offers a rewarding chance to support individuals in need and contribute to the well-being of tenants.

In This Role, You Will:

Oversee daily operations of Lake Country Apartments, serving as the primary tenant contact and addressing concerns

Ensure property management aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and budget guidelines

Assist with leasing activities, including processing applications and managing lease renewals

Coordinate maintenance requests and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep

Perform groundskeeping duties such as landscaping and snow removal

Clean and maintain common areas and assist with unit turnovers, including preparing units for new tenants

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in property management, leasing, or customer service preferred, along with basic record-keeping and computer skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow up, and ensure completion

Valid driver’s license

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
