
Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Position Overview
As a Repair Technician (Guitar) at Guitar Center, you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, assist in maintaining store inventory, and continually build the business through excellent customer experience and quality work.

Selling
– Work through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
Training
– Effectively train learners and communicate information and techniques so that they are retained.
Responsibilities
Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Service customer‑owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
Maintain store‑owned gear as requested.
Complete warranty repair work.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Skilled understanding of repairing guitars.
Preferences
Foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products.
