A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE As a Call Center Representative, you are the first point of contact for our company and are sure to provide superb customer service. You spend most of your day on the phone handling incoming and outgoing calls. With great attention to detail, you research accounts to determine contact information for individuals and businesses. Utilizing computer‑based systems, you document all actions taken on accounts. Your positive attitude and hard work are essential to helping us accomplish our company‑wide goals and ensure that individual tasks are completed. You thrive in our fast‑paced team environment and get great satisfaction from contributing to our continued success by meeting weekly and monthly production objectives.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous office experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Customer service experience is preferred; experience in a law office, collections environment, or tax office is a plus!

Punctual and dependable, works well in a team environment, has strong written and verbal communication skills, enjoys talking on the phone, understands good phone etiquette, attentive to detail, organized, able to meet deadlines, works under pressure and prioritizes tasks, can effectively multitask.
