SEASONAL EMPLOYMENT – GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE
The Washington County Golf Course, located in Hartford, WI, is hiring seasonal employees to join our Grounds Crew! The seasonal positions typically work between the months of April through October. We will consider applicants that may only be available for a portion (including fall months) of this timeframe.
Grounds Crew Duties
Painting
Cleaning
Lawn mowing
Grounds maintenance
Light construction
Equipment Operator Duties
Mowing greens, tees, fairways, rough
Raking bunkers
Work Hours
Grounds Crew: Up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 5:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and some weekends from 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Equipment Operator: 2 to 5 days per week. 3-6 hours per day, usually starting at 5:30 a.m. and some weekends from 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Hourly Rate: $13 - $16 per hour (based on experience). There are no benefits included.
Qualifications
Minimum age of 16
Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license
