We’re conducting a confidential search for an
Assistant Property Manager
to join a
high-profile mixed-use retail portfolio in Miami-Dade , managed by a top-tier institutional property management firm on behalf of a prominent South Florida developer.
The portfolio spans 600,000+ SF across three established mixed-use assets — each featuring a retail shopping plaza component alongside a residential element. Well-located, well-tenanted, and good product.
Responsibilities You’ll work directly alongside an experienced senior property manager embedded in the portfolio. A key focus of the role is the collections/aging process — getting tenants current and building the discipline to keep them there — alongside the full range of commercial PM responsibilities.
What we’re looking for
2–5 years in commercial or mixed-use property management
Retail experience strongly preferred
Demonstrable strength in collections, tenant relations, and financial reporting
Yardi/MRI proficiency a plus
Organised, numbers-driven, and able to hold the line professionally
Strong candidates without retail backgrounds will be considered. Compensation up to $78K base.
