Overview
We are seeking a growth-minded, licensed Showing Agent who has a true servant's heart. You will learn this business from the ground up, utilizing our tech-forward processes and proven systems to ensure every client has the same elite experience. We will support you with the tools necessary to grow your own business, acquire clients, and build your own brand. Huntsville is booming, and we are front-and-center in a dynamic real estate market with a constant stream of buyers relocating to the Rocket City.
Compensation & On‑Ramp A Smooth Financial On‑Ramp & Mentorship Roadmap
The transition into real estate can be jagged; we provide a smooth financial on‑ramp so you can focus on learning and serving. During your time as a Showing Agent, you will earn $25 per door shown, with a guaranteed $50 daily minimum for days when homes are shown. If you handle 4 or more showings in a day, your pay transitions to a flat day rate of $150. You will also earn a $250 bonus upon every successful closing.
To give you a realistic picture of volume, our Showing Agents typically handle 30 to 40 showings and walkthroughs per month, contributing to 4 to 5 monthly closings.
As you hit milestones and transition to carrying your own buyer clients, your pay structure will evolve into an escalating commission model. You will begin at a 10% commission and work up to 50% for company‑provided leads, while earning an 80% split on your self‑generated leads.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (Day‑to‑Day)
Leading with a Servant's Heart:
We subscribe to serving people at the highest level. Relocating homebuyers often schedule trips in advance, allowing you to manage your calendar, maximize earnings, and maintain work‑life balance. Real estate remains dynamic, so you must stay adaptable for late or immediate showings.
Client Protection:
Represent our clients’ best interests, attending inspections, builder meetings, and walkthroughs to keep buyers fully informed.
New Construction:
Huntsville’s growth requires frequent builder appointments, inspections, and walkthroughs to help clients visualize options.
Tailored Local Ambassador:
Many clients are new to Huntsville; you will curate experiences that match their wants and needs.
The Eyes and Ears:
Conduct live or recorded video tours for relocating clients as their trusted boots on the ground.
Open Houses:
Hold 1 to 2 open houses per month on weekends to help find buyers for listing clients' homes and build your future pipeline.
What It Takes to Partner With Us
An active Alabama Real Estate License (you must be licensed to apply).
