Role Overview
A Customer Service Representative II works in all aspects of customer service, including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. This role may also involve helping in the warehouse—from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, operating a forklift, pitching in with housekeeping, and supporting general branch needs. What You'll Do
Handle electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner. Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment. Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs. Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory activity. Support the Sales Team with inaccurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns. Prepare reports with minimal supervision. Act as informal team lead. Ensure administrative tasks are completed. What You Bring to the Role
4+ years of experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training provided). The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios. Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain, both indoors and outdoors safely. The base compensation for this position ranges from $22.98 to $30.68 per hour. Wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
